抗繆勒管激素（anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH）,又稱繆勒管抑制物（Müllerianinhibiting substance，MIS），由AlfredJost教授在二十世紀(jì)四十年代發(fā)現(xiàn)。

成熟的激素是由二硫鍵連接兩個(gè)相同的72 KD單體形成的二聚體糖蛋白，屬于轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子βtransforming growth factor-β,TGF-β超家族。AMH主要通過AMH受體ⅡAMHreceptor Ⅱ,AMHR Ⅱ發(fā)揮生物學(xué)作用。
